Requirements for all travelers coming to Dubai

All travelers to Dubai from any country of departure (including GCC countries) are required to hold a negative certificate for a COVID‑19 RT‑ PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to departure, except for travelers from Bangladesh and India Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia and Indonesia (whose travel requirements are specified above). COVID-19 RT‑PCR test certificates must be issued by an approved facility in the travelers' country of departure. Certificates already submitted for travel to another destination cannot be used for re-entry even if they are still within the validity period.

Special conditions for some countries before traveling to Abu Dhabi and Dubai

For travelers from the following countries, the COVID-19 PCR report must include a QR code associated with the original report for verification purposes. The QR code must be presented at check-in and to representatives of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) upon arrival at Dubai airports: Sudan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Ethiopia.

Indian nationals who hold an ordinary passport and travel to India via Dubai can obtain a visa on arrival in Dubai for a maximum period of 14 days provided that:
